At 1,229 square feet, this is one of the more spacious two-bedroom layouts available for a month-long stay in Holmes Beach. The 18x10 sun room adds a flexible bonus space — remote workspace, reading nook, or simply a bright Florida room for the mornings. The screened lanai overlooks the pool for bug-free outdoor living in the evenings. The open living and dining areas flow naturally for a group spending an extended time together.

The kitchen has stainless appliances and everything needed for a month of meals at home. The dining area seats four comfortably and doubles as a workspace. The in-unit full-size washer and dryer is in a dedicated closet — no shared facilities, no laundromat coordination.

Two bedrooms sleep four. The primary suite has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and direct lanai access. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with hall bathroom access.
