Floor-to-ceiling sliders bring Tampa Bay directly into the living room — the Sunshine Skyway Bridge frames the distant horizon and dolphins feed in the water below on a daily basis. West Bay Cove 238 is a second-floor bay-front condo where the elevation gives the views an added quality over ground-level units, and where manatees, herons, and pelicans are part of the daily routine rather than occasional sightings.

The screened front balcony overlooks the pool for morning coffee. The waterfront lawn extends to the bay's edge with Adirondack chair seating and a mangrove-lined shoreline that creates natural habitat for wildlife viewing. The magic here is in the watching — all the beauty of waterfront living without any of the maintenance.

The unit has been recently updated throughout — modern LVP flooring in the living areas, renovated bathrooms with frameless glass showers and contemporary tile, and a clean white kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances fully equipped for extended-stay cooking. Two king beds in separate bedrooms sleep four. Both bedrooms have balcony access, ensuite or hall bathroom access, and smart TVs. The in-unit washer and dryer is in a dedicated closet.

Two heated pools — saltwater and chlorinated options — and a tennis court are available within the community. Manatee Beach is a 5-minute walk. Publix and CVS are directly across the street. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby.
