Hidden Gem in Brewster

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family, 2 adults & 1 teen , just left the Cape after a great week in this home. The location is ideal as your away from all the main roads , traffic and noise but still close enough if you need anything. We grocery shopped 1 time at a big store and was able to use the local shopping options to get us thru the week. Very close to some great Bayside beaches and not far from sone of the best National Seashore options. Buy a season pass if the latter is your preference as 2 visits pays for itself.(see details online) This property has a huge semi private yard in a very quiet neighborhood. It was great sitting on the deck at night and hearing nothing! The inside of the house is very clean and has a spacious floorplan for its size. Large basement that is basically a game room and DRY which is a rarity at the Cape ++ washer & dryer. Split unit A/Cs keep it cool which adds to the tasteful updates. We've rented all over the Cape for many years and would definitely come back here again. The bike trail is a block away with multiple restaurants right off the path. We highly recommend Ticos and the pizza restaurant across from it - both staffed with great people and excellent food options. Mini golf with ice cream alittle farther up the same road - all of this without leaving the 'neighborhood ' and dealing with the crowds.
