Clean cozy place near many good fishing rivers. The host, Lisa, and cleaning lady Kelli were both great, had a minor issue and they went above and beyond to resolve it, thank you!

We had a few issues with this Vrbo. 1. Unlike typical vacation rentals, the information you need to log in does not populate in the app. It was unclear where that information was coming from so I missed the emails with the information for getting into the site. This is a me issue I understand but just for others, the info will come from Evolve team not Vrbo. 2. There is no cellular service for miles. Once we reached the property, our phones were on SOS and we had no info on the wifi before getting inside. Unfortunately, we could not access that because I couldn't get the info to get into the house. We ended up driving for 30 minutes before we found a nice family that let us use their wifi to call and get the code to get into the house. Prepare ahead of time if you are staying but unfortunately for us this felt too unsafe with our small children. If your traveling with a vulnerable person I would suggest booking elsewhere. 3. I know this isn't the hosts fault, but the neighbors are kinda sketchy. Looks like the house directly next to the property is abandoned maybe? Unfortunately this just didn't feel like a safe option with our two small children and we didn't feel comfortable staying. We found other accomodations but unfortunately after lengthly discussion with both evolve and the host, no resolution was made. Pretty disappointing but hopefully we can help someone else make a better decision.
