Everything from the booking process, condition of condo, checking in/checking out, cleanliness, and decor was wonderful. I even received a text that if there was a child with us (2-year old great nephew was in another condo), to stop by the on-site office to get a gift bag. I did, and it had not only a sand bucket and toys for the beach, but there were some games, candy, and a stuffed animal. That may have been leftover from an Easter giveaway, but it sure brought a smile to the face of a little boy. We will definitely come back and will want the same condo we had.
