We loved this house ! Great location right next to the float shuttle, Amazing water front access, Very homey and cozy. We didn’t bring our family but it was definitely family friendly!

The place was accommodating for our group. Communication was good. It was a good location. Overall the home was nice. The downstairs room was smaller than we anticipated and crowded for those sleeping in that room. It does sleep four but extremely tight and no room for travel bags. We anticipated It was larger and couldn’t tell from the photos how tight It was. The outdoor area was nice. We enjoyed spending time out there. The king pillows had standard pillowcases on them, so we were unsure at how clean that part of the pillow was without a cover, since we assume the actual pillows aren’t cleaned between guests. That seemed unsanitary to us. The AC had a limit of 70 and had this been disclosed in the listing, we would have booked another place. It was uncomfortable when we are used to a lower temperature. It does state the starter set is there for toiletries yet they were half used, or less, large bottles in the shower area. We weren’t sure if they were left from the last guests or provided from the hosts. The starter set was perfect for our short stay.

This place is wonderful and we could not ask for a better host! The house is on a beautiful part of the river, perfect for relaxing, floating, and even fishing! We love the house and all of the comfy, cozy features inside. It was spotless when we arrived, with all of the basics readily available. The sparkling cold bottled water that welcomed us, waiting in the fridge, was a very thoughtful touch! I'm crazy about the enormous chimes hanging from a huge pecan tree! The tone is like soft church bells in the breeze. We plan to return next year. Our heartfelt thanks to the hosts for everything, including the immediate responses when needed. This is a treasure that we were blessed to find! The hummingbirds are amazing, too! We found the peace and tranquility we were seeking in this special place, and lots of fun, too!
