About the host
Hosted by David
We've been steadily developing vacation getaway homes in Choctaw (or Kiamichi) country for years now. Our hope is to grow the eco-tourism options here and provide additional employment and entrepreneurial opportunities for locals.
Why they chose this property
This house is part of 150 acres bordering a quiet, undisturbed section of The Little River. The house itself was abandoned when we found it. Some of the old growth trees along the river are larger than the official state records for their species. There were cattle present for years - recently removed. We'll get the land back in shape over the next few years.
