Sleeping up to 8 guests, it includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry, BBQ, parking, and everything needed for a comfortable stay in the Yarra Valley. Donna View has been lovingly renovated and furnished to be a comfortable holiday home away from home. The open-plan living and kitchen area opens onto a large, furnished deck with bbq and sweeping views of Mt Donna Buang, and you can hear the flowing sounds of the Yarra River in the distance.The home sleeps up to 8 guests and includes: Main bedroom with queen bed, ensuite, split system heating/cooling and ceiling fan; Second bedroom with queen bed and ceiling fan; Third bedroom with bunk beds, single bed and trundle and ceiling fan (this room is an ideal kids’ retreat with a second TV). We're a family of five who have worked on Donna View Warburton for the last 3 years to bring it back from the brink and restore it beyond its former glory! It has been a huge undertaking, but we are so proud of the result and would love to share it so that others can enjoy it as well.
Why they chose this property
Warburton is a gorgeous historical township in the Yarra Valley roughly 90mins east of Melbourne where the Yarra river runs clean and the air is filled with the scent of mountain ash forests. Donna View Warburton provides the perfect nature based escape for loads of activities including river tubing, mountain biking, cycling, swimming and hiking as well as snow play and tobogganing in winter. The town has an eclectic vibe and features an abundance of places at which to eat, drink or meander through.
