This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

We had 3 couples sharing this unit and it worked perfectly for us! The location is very walkable to all the restaurants and shops in Charleston, had great amenities and was very clean. We had a problem with one of the toilets, reached out to the owners and they had a maintenance person there within just a couple of hours to resolve the issue. Would definitely stay ar this property again!!

The property is very convenient for walking around Charleston. It is also very convenient to the free bus line that runs three routes around Charleston.The pictures totally represent the property.We heard the neighbors in the property below and yet, they were quiet by 11pm.We were unknowingly in town during the graduation for both the College of Charleston and the Citadel, so Charleston was very crowded. With that, it was great that the property was three blocks off King Street, so the neighborhood was pretty quiet.

The property was great and had everything we needed. Walking distance to several restaurants, coffee, shops, shopping…. Parking is a little tight, but that’s standard standard for downtown Charleston.

Would highly recommend this stay. Easy walk to all of the bars/restaurants on King St and very conveniently located. This house had everything we needed and communication with the host was quick and easy. Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable.

The location is fantastic. We brought our 7-year-old with us, and everything was perfect, as it was distant enough for him to walk. Reccomend getting ice cream at Jenni's.

We have rented several VRBO’s and this place was exactly as outlined and listed in its advertisement. The place was clean and had enough kitchen utensils / plates etc. to cook at home if you wanted. Just note, you will need to bring ALL Condiments (Sugar/Salt & Pepper, Oils etc.) as they had none if you plan on doing any cooking. This is not atypical, just worth knowing so you can be prepared and don’t need to buy all the extra stuff you would end up most likely leaving.The location was ideal and a short walk from King Street where all the restaurants and shops are located. I recommend being at least 3-4 blocks off King St. to avoid the noise and extra traffic. The only issue (minor) was the coffee pots didn’t have any filters, but once I contacted the VRBO, they delivered a new bag the same day. The only other concern is the parking spot is pretty tight if you have a big SUV or Truck (which we did). Fortunately the other stall for the other unit was not used, so it wasn’t too bad - just worth noting. I highly recommend this location.

Enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Very comfortable beds, nicely appointed. Laundry facilities were available though we didn't use. Would stay here again if we needed the space.

This property is very well located and was just as described. It is perfect for three couples with or without a baby and is in a very easy walking distance to King Street or an Uber or pedi-cab to other downtown destinations. Property is very clean and met all of our expectations. The managers are very accommodating and eager to please. We all agreed we would return.

We took an adult trip with 2 other couples.This place was perfect with 3 king beds and 3 baths. Check in was easy, I love that I had the option to pre buy drinks and snacks and they were there when we arrived! Parking was tight. We had a minivan and a great driver, so it wasn’t horrible, but yes tight.Location was perfect. The place was so clean and accurately described.The property management company was quick to reply with any questions I had.Great pick!

The location is great!!! And the house itself has been beautifully renovated. My husband and I normally stay in the Shem Creek area when we come down for the weekend, but decided to try this home when we saw the pictures. So glad we did!! We will definitely stay here again in the future. Quick responses when we had questions. The parking area is a little tight for a large truck, but having additional parking down from the house was a good option. Thanks again for a great stay.
