The property was very charming and comfortable. We weren't able to explore the immediate neighborhood much, but there seemed to be a lot of restaurants and activity nearby. It was a convenient location to drive to the other areas of the city we visited.

There is a major construction project that is right next to the property. The work starts early morning and the cement trucks are lined up in the street. Obviously this is a condition that will end at some point but if I had known I would’ve looked elsewhere.

We loved this property! It was in a great location, the vibe was perfect and we loved the rooftop patio. A group of six of us stayed there for 5 days and all around, we had a great time. The host was extremely responsive. The South Carolina heat is brutal and the AC was struggling to get down, so the host graciously installed a portable unit for us while we were at the beach and we were so grateful for that. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and I would definitely stay there again!

Great location and perfect accommodations! Three bedrooms and a full bathroom for each!! Clean and comfortable!! Very detailed instructions for checking in and checking out! Good communication when questions were asked. Safe neighborhood. There is construction going on and they worked all night… but that will end. Stay at this property- it met our needs!

Great place to stay in Charleston!

This was an ideal spot for our group of 7 to stay! Plenty of space, great location downtown, and management was very responsive!!! Would definitely stay here again when I’m back in town.

We were able to get an early check-in which was helpful because we just wanted to drop off our luggage and explore the area. Very clean and comfortable. There is a coffee shop called Island Provisions within a block that we went to every morning..no need for a car...great location.
