This charming and bright three-bedroom home on Wellfleet's oceanside is a short drive to all the best of Wellfleet. New to the rental market, this comfortable home with all first floor living has been newly painted, updated and renovated.

Enter an open and bright main living area with living room and kitchen. The living room has a comfortable sectional and two lounge chairs and a large flat screen TV. The nicely-equipped kitchen has stainless appliances including a refrigerator, solid surface stove and dishwasher. Center island and plenty of workspace for the cook. Bar seating for dining (additional stools available). A slider leads from the kitchen to the deck at the side of the house.

A hallway from the kitchen leads to the home's three bedrooms and bathroom. Did you forget something to read? Pick a bestseller from the book nook in the hall!

Bedroom one has a queen bed and desk if you have to catch up with work emails during your stay. Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has two twin beds. The bathroom has a tub/shower.

Four ductless split unit air conditioners--one in the main living area and one in each of the bedrooms. Wood floors throughout. Washer/dryer in the unfinished basement.

The property has a nice refinished deck with dining table, lounge seating and gas grill. Tell ghost stories and roast s'mores around the backyard firepit. Enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower.

Short drive to all the best of Wellfleet including bay and ocean beaches, the town's famous fresh water ponds, Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, sites and trails, the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking and walking, live theater at WHAT, golf, the Wednesday farmers market, wonderful Main Street dotted with fabulous art galleries, the bustling town pier and Mayo Beach on the harbor. Twenty-minute drive to Provincetown.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
