The house was comfortable. I loved the location with walking distance to town and pier, and quick car hop to Long Pond. Check-in was easy. Would definitely recommend this Wellfleet house. Nothing fancy, but definitely comfortable with great location!

Wellfleet visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cozy and wonderfully equipped and decorated Cape Cod home. It’s perfectly located and within walking distance of all our favorite Wellfleet attractions. Highly recommend.

Great Location

Went for Oysterfest. So close to event, restaurants, water. Nice town to walk around. House comfortably fit 3 couples. Nice deck and outdoor shower

Fantastic house and location. Very comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed for the house and the beach. Outdoor shower was a gem. Loved the Main St. location which allowed us to easily walk to all the stores, galleries, and restaurants. Being able to bring our pup was a great added bonus. Can't wait to do another week soon.

This house was amazing. It was located steps from the market, the Farmer's Market, the shops, and restaurants. It was also very close to the beaches, the National Seashore, etc. We enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen, new bathroom, back deck, and outdoor shower! We had such an array of colored birds come to the bird feeder. It was a better showing than the Audubon Center!Wellfleet is a great combination of small village, local beaches, hiking trails, and of course, not too far from Provincetown which is a colorful, vibrant place to visit for a day. Be sure to take the Great Island Trail for a hike. The views are spectacular, and there are very few people there.

A special place with gorgeous outdoor shower, AC walk to town, super clean, dog friendly!

We were a family of 6, & one dog. The house is cozy & super clean with good AC. It is conveniently located between the bookstore & the farmer’s market. Super new outdoor shower! Beautiful art & baskets!

Cozy, comfortable, clean and convenient!

This place is a gem. It’s newly renovated, and yet it has the feel of a long-time family home with special touches everywhere (and no clutter!). We slept downstairs on a super comfortable queen bed and enjoyed espresso in the morning, before walking over Uncle Tim’s Bridge just a few blocks away. I highly recommend a fall visit – the yellow and orange foliage added to the glow. Practical note: Kitchen is well stocked for cooking.

Wonderful property. Enjoyed our stay. I was aware there property had been renovated and was lovely. Easy walk to town center. The induction stove in the kitchen was a surprise, and was somewhat difficult at first to use and to find the right pots to use. Also my husband has pacemaker and cannot be near that type pf stove. The TV was difficult to manage as there were no outlets to plug it in where it was placed in the room, and needed the owners phone number to access. A few outlet covers had not been installed. One large pot had a hole in the bottom that was noticed on filling to cook pasta. As an aside, a contractor came to the house and measured the first floor bathroom for glass doors. These are not complaints, as we had a great stay, but some issues to resolve going forward. I did leave messages at Kinlin Grover but did not receive a call back. BTW in the info packet, the owner’s letter has an incorrect password for the WiFi. There is a ! added that should not be there. Mary-Anne Benedict
