This house exceeded expectations from start to finish. The listing description was completely accurate, right down to the layout and amenities, so there were no surprises when we arrived.Check in was simple and the hosts were communicative and easy to reach the entire time we stayed. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference on a family trip.The house itself was spotless when we arrived. Every bedroom was comfortable, and you could tell the owners have put real care into updating the home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook actual meals, not just snacks, and there were plenty of clean towels for everyone.Great location too with private community beach!We had a wonderful trip with the family and this house was a big part of why it went so smoothly. If you are weighing this place for a Cape Cod trip, book it. We would stay here again without hesitation.
