Sometimes it's nice to get away to Grandpa's fishing cabin. Now you can!

Nestled under 150 year old oak trees, this dog friendly two bedroom, one and a half bath with private dock is an original, recently updated for your comfort. Located about 150 feet from the water's edge, you'll be close to nature and and close to town. The dock features a kayak launch and kayaks are provided! There's a covered carport for your boat or car.

Easy access to I-40. Fast WiFi. Cable TV and Roku TV. Kitchen with all cookware and dishware, you just need groceries and drinks. Don't forget it's a dry county, so plan accordingly.

Everything was as advertised except I was pulling a boat and you have to back it down the one lane driveway to get under the provided shed. Which was nice, close to charging batteries & kept it dry when it rained. Comfortable stay but we were out a lot and didn't to enjoy the other amenities.

The house, yard and surrounding area were in excellent shape. We had no trouble getting in the doors. We cooked all of our meals; the kitchen performed just like it should. On the last night we made a fire in the fire pit...what a wonderful way to unwind!We had no contact with the hosts. My only suggestion is to put reflectors by the road so people arriving at night can tell they are at a driveway and not about to crash into a curb.

Great Place to Enjoy Nature

We meant to relax during our stay in Russelville but kept finding more places to explore! The location was close to everything we ended up doing. The kayaks were great and the special dock made it easy for everyone to get in and out. The car port was especially handy when it came time to pack the car and the rain started. Thank you so much for sharing your place. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Wonderful place!!

We had an amazing stay here. The location was perfect for us. We went down to fish for a few days and get away and that’s just what it provided. Our teens lived climbing the big oak tree and we enjoyed night fishing on the dock after all day on the lake!!! The place itself was so cute and clean and so much provided for us. We will be back!!!
