About this property

The Corner View: Cute, Clean and Cozy Home!

The space is a well-kept, clean home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a garage. It is centrally located and has everything you need for a stay away from home. Guests have the entire house to themselves. It is ideal for traveling medical personnel and other professionals staying together, while working in Russellville and the surrounding areas. A fenced in back yard and an open living area makes it perfect for families with older children and pets as well. (The home is not toddler/small child proof) The driveway has room for 2 vehicles with additional parking on the side street. The home has three bedrooms that all have new mattresses and pillows. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, Bedroom 2 has a full size bed and Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. There is Wi-Fi and four Smart TVs located in all of the bedrooms and living area. The kitchen has modern appliances and there is a washer and dryer on site for use. The living area has comfortable furniture for leisure and relaxing. The two bathrooms have showers and a bathtub. Our guests will have peace of mind during their stay because the house is also protected with an updated security system. The guest will self-check in and have full use of the entire house.
Other things to note:
Guests will find a starter kit of toiletries, paper products and cleaning supplies in the home. Guests who stay longer than 2-3 days will need to purchase their own supplies when the starter kit is depleted. The security system has an alarm system and outside cameras. There is a gas grill on site for you to use. (the tank may need to be taken to a gas station and exchanged for a full tank; we do not furnish the gas)

Second time we stayed in this house. Berrie is a great host. The home is clean and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. TVs in living room and bedrooms have good options. Quiet neighborhood, and fenced backyard. Great location for hiking at Mount Nebo and other locations in the area.

Group of Square Dancers here, needing a place to stay for a convention on Mount Nebo. This place is about 20 minutes from Mount Nebo and all the beautiful hiking trails up there. Our host Berrie worked to accommodate us for an early check-in so that we could get to our convention on time that evening. We loved that there was both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot since we have people that like both. Also three hairdryers, which was wonderful. Can’t get suitcases or anything into the closet in the bedroom with the two twin beds because the door hits the bed. Plan to store your suitcases in one of the other rooms. Also no bedside lamps in that room. Maybe get rid of the desk and the luggage trunk and put a small upright chest of drawers and a bedside table between the beds with a lamp. Then should be able to open the closet door. Nice little four seat table and chairs right off the dining room outside. There is an odd smell in the neighborhood of some sort of animal facility or maybe somebody was putting manure on their yards? Bring lawn chairs if you need more seating outside than the 4 chairs. The dining room table has plenty of room around it, and is a nice large solid wood, rectangle, and easily seats 6 people. In the living room, the couch is clean and comfortable, acomfortable chair and six people can be accommodated. We didn’t use it, but there is an alarm system that can be used, whether inside or away from the house.

Great experience and good location for hiking in the area.

Communication with the owner was flawless. The house looked great, was clean, comfortable couch and beds, very well stocked kitchen. It was great to have a fenced backyard for our dogs. We were very pleased. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Weekend Visit with College Kiddo

The stay was wonderful and the house was great. The security system did terrify us each time we opened the door as it seemed someone was inside the dark interior and spoke to us when we opened the door. The only thing that would have made it better was a garage door opener to use while there...mostly because it rained nonstop the entire time! Will definitely look for this house for future stays!
