We came to Russellville to visit our son who was working at the power plant. It was a wonderful place for him to come stay with us and relax. We spent a lot of time cooking and visiting and enjoying the view of the lake. One day we did a hike at Mount Nebo State Park. The place was so clean and well kept. We enjoyed it very much and would stay there again.
The whole property was a treasure for us. We had so many plans and ended up staying at the house. We fished, kayaked and spent the days visiting. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you so much.
The host was available and welcoming. The house was very welcoming and well stocked with extra linens, towels, and paper goods. We enjoyed the board games and puzzles.
The house was perfect - it accommodated all that stayed there and the host provided numerous ammenities above what was required. It made our stay easy and relaxing!!
Beautiful location and a nice house. The kitchen had everything that you need to cook a meal. Kayaks were provided, but it rained all weekend, so we didn't venture out.
Very comfortable lake home in a quiet neighborhood.Very conveniently located to do day trips to Mount Nebo and Petit Jean State Park.If we had stayed longer there were other parks nearby too.Lake Dardanelle Park was a fun visit also.Hosts were great.
The property was perfect for our anniversary trip! It was peaceful, quiet, and the perfect location for what we were looking for on our trip. The house was very nice and clean and we plan to be back soon!
This is a great centrally located property for visiting nearby state parks of Mount Nebo, Petit Jean, and Mount Magazine and Hot Springs National Park. We visited and hiked at each of these parks during our stay with family.
The cabin was clean and tidy. It was perfect for our 4 adults and two well mannered dogs. The house sits in a nicely forested area and the lake view provided daily egrets, cormorants, and heron sightings. The host was very quick to respond to us when we had one small issue. The cabin provided everything we needed to cook our meals. We would be happy to return for another stay.
Our plan for the visit was a family reunion. However our brother who lived in Arkansas with his family passed away shortly beforehand. His family members came to the house to eat and share stories. Lots crying and laughing. A beautiful setting for the gathering.
Quiet, pristine and easy drive to state parks or into town.We had everything we needed. The lake house was so cozy and relaxing. I would definitely stay again.
