Very clean & well maintained property. Exactly as shown in pictures. Comfortable beds, extra linens & towels available if needed. All the amenities you could wish for. Very pleased & would definitely stay here again.

This place has THE BEST Host. They provided lots of extra-special touches to make our stay so nice and comfortable. They think of EVERYTHING. I won’t spoil the surprise, but you will be so pleased with your experience if you stay here. Highly recommend!

Our family came in town for a funeral. The home was peaceful and very clean and the owners left us snacks and water which really helped for those arriving later at night. We were six adults and two of them had to work during the day which went well given how quiet the neighborhood was. One could work on the back porch and the other inside so we didn't need it to be bigger. Plenty of pillows and blankets and other supplies. We didn't need to cook there but kitchen seems well stocked. We were grateful to have this place to be together.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean, beds were comfortable. The location was great. Lake Sumter was a short golf cart ride away. The golfcart provided was in great condition and was thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated. The 3rd bedroom was a bit over furnished for the space, but the desk in the room is a great asset when one is traveling for business. The skylights brought much light throughout the house. Very nice! The fridge with filtered water and icemaker in door was great to have available during our stay. The wifi was easy to access and much appreciated. Basic kitchen supplies were provided. A suggestion for future guest prep - a plastic or glass pitcher on site to hold larger amounts of tea or lemonade, etc. Overall, a most certainly recommended property for your Villages visit.

The villa was very clean and welcoming. I had to contact the host for a TV issue. He promptly came to the property and fixed the problem. Being a past village resident and having to book a rental short term for a transition to a new home, I can honestly say that this rental property was exactly as described and the photos really didn’t do it justice. And the snack welcome basket was a nice touch
