Special Ridgway retreat. Walking distance to downtown Ridgway shops, restaurants, riverfront and trails. Stylish farmhouse decor with peaceful patio and large yard. Private parking. Bedrooms are upstairs with shared bathroom and half bath downstairs. Radiant floor heating.

The space
Peaceful setting within walking distance to downtown Ridgway, with views of the Cimmaron and San Juan Mountains.

Ridgway riverfront trails are within walking or riding distance, as is the quaint town of Ridgway. The fun Ridgway area mountain biking trails are within a 5 minute drive, or a 20 minute bike ride (open May - December). The beauty of the San Juan mountains is outside the front door. Ouray is a short 20 minute drive and the Telluride ski area is 45 minutes away. Orvis Hot Springs are a short 10 minute drive and it is about the same distance to the Ridgway reservoir. Jeeping, biking, hiking, fishing, skiing, dining, shopping and just relaxing - this special retreat has it all!

Wonderful Home in the Heart of the San Juans

Kim’s home was perfect for our Fourth of July getaway! The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with great views of the San Juans right out the window. The backyard was ideal to let our pup and kiddo burn off some energy. The kitchen is superbly stocked with great quality utensils, equipment, and pots and pans; we were able to cook all of our dinners and breakfasts in. Same for the propane grill! Awesome to have!The drive to Ouray is short which is great for accessing the abundant trails and rich mining history. Likewise, it was so easy and worth it to drive into Ouray for the Fourth of July fireworks show.While the home doesn’t have A/C, it really isn’t a problem. Opening the windows lets in the breeze and cools the house down very comfortably for sleeping in the evening. That says a lot being that we were there on July.Thank you again for all the help and letting us stay in your home!

Beautiful retreat!

Had a wonderful time in Ridgway and at Kim’s property! Everything was as described, if not better. The house was lovely, clean, quiet, and bright, and I loved having a space to do some work during the day in the office/second bedroom (with excellent views to boot!). Would absolutely stay again.
