An oasis awaits with the comfort of home! Comfortable and remodeled pool townhome in beautiful and private Avondale Golf Club. For those seeking the desert lifestyle and a home away from home -- take a look! Our home offers a light and bright open floor plan - perfect for entertaining friends, or lounging around. Open concept and spacious large living room with fireplace, tall ceilings, bar with wine-cooler, dining area and so much more. The glass doors give you a full view of the front yard and pool area. Take a dip in your private pool, and cool off with the misters and get some shade from the automatic awning. Or take a night dip under the stars!

Two bedrooms / large master suites,, each with king size beds, plenty of closet space and each with en suite private bathrooms. There's also a powder room in the hallway for guests.

Roomy and fully stocked kitchen with nice appliances. Dining room with seating for 8. One car garage and shared driveway. Laundry room with washer, dryer, deep sink, and an extra refrigerator (easy access when in the pool!)

Home comes with Spectrum cable TV including HBO, golf channel - , High Speed Internet/Wifi access, and TV's in every room. We also have a gas BBQ and firepit.

This is a single story townhouse. One car garage and parking for one addtl car on shared driveway . This townhome offers space, openness and lots of natural light in. All the action is on the front yard ... that's where the pool is! and the small backyard although comfortable is hardly ever used. The backyard backs to El Dorado St.

Rate includes up to $200 a month for utilities (water, electricity, gas). For stays longer than 45 days, we include one cleaning visit during your stay (value $170). Please contact if any questions. WE ARE FLEXIBLE!! .

Avondale is a private guarded-gated community with private golf course. One tennis court available, as well as pickleball. Clubhouse offers dining options . Gym. Private 18-hole golf course but they do offer temporary memberships. Avondale is located in the central part of Palm Desert, California, off Country Club Drive, and around the corner from JW Marriott Desert Springs hotel, Indian Ridge Golf Club, The Lakes, Palm Valley Golf Club, The Oasis Golf Club, Desert Falls Country Club. Ralph's Supermarket is a wonderful market with a great selection of wines and just a few blocks down the street - across from the JW Desert Springs Marriott. We are also a short drive to Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, Downtown La Quinta, shopping and many restaurants on famous El Paseo Drive, and minutes to downtown Palm Springs and Casinos, and Great Food. Amazing home!!!

We cannot express how happy we were with our home away from home. The owner, Olga, was always in communication and made our stay stress free. The home was extremely clean and well stocked. The outdoor space was so comfortable and the pool was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Palm Dessert Hideaway

This property is a real jewel! The home has lots of space, a really well appointed kitchen, large bathroom for each bedroom , comfy beds and a really cool half bath for guests. There are lots of great towels and linens, TVs and full cable options in each room, and a comfortable living space for relaxing. But the best part is the outdoor space. The pool is the perfect size for a quick cool off dip. The covered outdoor space includes an outdoor table and a sitting area that comfortably seats 6 and an awning that extends the shaded space with misters which is great on hot afternoons. Communication with the owners was excellent and there were super helpful with anything we needed. We loved our time there and hope to be able to return next season!

Great house in an awesome community

Olga's place was very clean, spacious, and just as the pictures showed. The pool was great and we enjoyed sitting in the comfortable chairs outside and having cocktails. I was able to join Avondale Golf Club for a monthly membership and it was incredibly convenient to be able to walk 3 minutes over to the clubhouse to play every day. The house is well stocked with everything you could need for an extended stay and was very clean when we arrived. Communication with the host was very good and she handled the extra requests we had. Thanks again for a great stay! I would recommend to anyone.

You won't find this model with the same amenities; completely remodeled. high end appliances and super comfortable and roomy - a swell as relaxing and peaceful. Also best priced!

What makes this property unique

Location is ideal ... a close drive to the main attractions in the area, even the Cabazon outlets and Morongo casino are only 30 mins away. Private and gated golf community very family oriented and quiet.
