In the heart of La Tranche sur Mer, on the seafront of the central beach, the Le RÊVE *** residence is the ideal place to spend your holidays in a dream setting. Direct access to the beach, outdoor relaxation swimming pool open from April to the end of September and heated from June, with paddling pool, jacuzzi and secure private parking, pay laundry room (washing machine/tumble dryer).
This new apartment of 46 m2, located on the 2nd and last floor, faces the interior courtyard and can accommodate 2/4 people.
It consists of an entrance, a bedroom with 1 double bed 160 with dressing room, a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
It also has a living room of 26.50m2 with a fitted kitchen open to the living area with a sofa that converts into a 2-seater bed and flat screen TV. You will also enjoy a balcony of around 15m2 with garden furniture. Shops and restaurants 50m away, beach in front of the residence.
At your disposal free of charge, a private parking space allowing you to put one vehicle per apartment. Please note that there are no visitor places available. You also benefit from low-speed Wi-Fi access. A 4G box is available for hire (€40/week).
Animal admitted without supplement. Baby equipment (cot and high chair) available on reservation and subject to availability.
End of stay cleaning is to be done by the tenants.
