Deji was an amazing host we didnt interact much but when we did he was super warm and friendly, such a beautiful property , if you stay here you wont be disappointed

The apartment was clean, and the host provided some basic necessities which was sufficient for our stay. He came down to check in with us several times, sometimes on request. He also spoke with us when he saw us outside the apartment, most times arriving or leaving.The apartment is fairly new. I did not know it was a new development. There were lot of dust from the development work taking place on the street; small tractors moving about during the 1st week laying down lawn and planting trees. I work from home; and the noises during the day disturbed me from my work. The rest of the weeks were quiet, except for night time, if you are a quiet sleeper, like myself, the humming noise from the air condition will disturb your rest. The mechanical room was right outside the front door to the apartment, in a separate room. The design of the unit is nice.Parking is on the street, may not be a good idea for winter. A few times, there was no parking due to other visitors parking in my spot, though it was not a designated spot, sometimes I had to wait to park, or come back outside to move the car. The driveway was off limits, due to contractor's limitations for 30 days setting. I'm not sure if future guests will be allowed to park on the driveway.For communication, my preference is direct text or email; accessing the Vrbo app was frustrating at time. The place was small, but comfortable. I like the convenience of it being close to work and church. Overall, the host was good.

To clarify for future travelers, our suite offers convenient street parking right in front of the property, as noted in our listing details. Additionally, all street development and landscaping work in the surrounding neighborhood are now 100% complete! Regarding the HVAC system, our high-efficiency heat pump is centrally designed to maintain consistent climate control across the suite, which involves normal, steady fan operation. We appreciate your review and wish you all the best as you settle into your new home!
