The flat was clean and well maintained, everything was exactly as in the picture. The host was very communicative and communication was clear, also provided us with extra amenities like parking. The area is family friendly and the flat itself is family friendly, including kids eating chair. Overall I would say this was one of the best hosts I've stayed in a while. When next I'm coming to Edmonton, I will check the availability again
