Host does not answer questions. Was suppose to get check in details 3 days prior..didnt happen. Was told I would hear from them the next day, still nothing. Waited till 9pm, then contacted customer service again. Then they finally replied after the fact. like the day of. baseboards were dirty beds were comfy
