Ideally located in the Ruches District, this 40m2 apartment with high-end renovation is very pleasant for your ski holidays in Avoriaz. Our large kitchen will allow you to take advantage of the proximity of the Sherpa supermarket for enjoyable evenings with friends or family. We have a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and a comfortable Rapido sofa bed. The entrance has plenty of storage as well as a 4-person shoe dryer.



Optimized for a family, this apartment is very functional with its storage space for ski clothes at the entrance and its shoe dryer. After a renovation of the living room and bedroom, the bathroom and small bedroom were renovated this summer to increase comfort for our guests.



You will have access to 100% of the apartment.



We are available if needed and are present in Avoriaz during your stay.



The Ruches district is located 100m from the tourist office and main shops. Ski-in and ski-out access all season.



2 arrival options are available to you when you come to Avoriaz: Les Prodains or L'Accueil. It is recommended to take a shuttle if heavily loaded, thanks to the public elevator of Hauts-Forts, the apartment is located 5 minutes on foot from the 3S cable car of Prodains.



Sheets and towels as well as end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rental price. So you can leave peacefully for your vacation, everything is included!
