The ground level features three well-appointed bedrooms designed for comfort and flexibility. Bedroom one includes a queen bed with split-system air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Bedroom two offers a second queen bed with split-system air conditioning. Bedroom three includes two single beds, ducted air conditioning, and a Smart TV, making it ideal for children, friends or additional guests.



The entire first level is dedicated to the master retreat, designed as a private sanctuary. This expansive suite features a king bed, a relaxed lounge area with sofa seating, and a fireplace that creates a warm and intimate atmosphere. The opulent ensuite is a standout, featuring a double vanity, a freestanding bathtub in a light-filled space, and a luxury steam shower with adjustable ambient lighting to set the perfect mood. The suite is fully climate-controlled with ducted air conditioning for year-round comfort.



The upper level is the heart of the home and has been designed for effortless living and entertaining. Early check-ins and late check-outs are not available due to our housekeeping schedule and quality preparation standards.

SECURITY & ACCESS

A $250 Emergency Access & Security Reset fee applies if keys are lost, misplaced, or if assistance is required for property access due to lockout.



BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

The primary guest making the reservation must be part of the staying group.



STARTER SUPPLIES

FAMILIES & INFANTS

A travel cot, high chair and stair gate are provided at no additional cost.



RESPONSIBLE STAYING

Any behaviour that causes disturbance, property damage, or breaches platform policy is not permitted.

Parties, excessive noise, and unauthorised visitors are strictly prohibited. Breaches may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund, in line with Airbnb’s no-party policy.
