Superb, quiet and highly functional studio apartment, the perfect pied-à-terre for a successful Parisian vacation.

Spacious, functional and completely refurbished in 2025! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or business.

The apartment features a Queen-size double bed and single bed with new, extremely comfortable bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a lounge area with TV and WIFI access.

On entering the apartment, you'll find :

- a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans...),
- a sitting area with TV,
- a queen Size bed (160 by 200),
- a single bed (90x200),
- storage space,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet, very comfortable and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...).
- an iron and an ironing board.

Unlimited access to high-speed Wi-Fi Internet.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

Professional Housekeeping: Ensures a spotless apartment upon arrival and departure.
If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.

Family-Friendly Services:
Cot and High Chair: Available on request with a 72-hour notice, subject to availability. Note: Baby linen is not provided.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-In Time: From 2:00 pm.
Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs: Confirm availability 24 hours in advance; applicable charges may apply.

Deposit Requirement:
Deposit: A €150 deposit is required, payable online ONLY via credit card through SWIKLY. Refund processed from 21 business days post-departure, assuming no damages are found.

Additional fees:
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Noise: Maintain quiet to respect neighbors. Loud disturbances may lead to deposit deductions.
Construction: Be aware of ongoing construction in the building, for which we cannot be held responsible.

Internet Access:
Online Activities: Avoid unauthorized activities. We are not responsible for connection issues.

Age Requirement:
Minimum Age to Reserve: 21 years. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult meeting the age requirement. Non-compliance will result in denial of stay and non-refundable bookings.
