This two bedroom two bath home has been completely renovated from top to bottom. Open layout with panoramic ocean views. A wall of windows for natural light and viewing, a wide wrap around deck plus an upper viewing deck. Steps to pharmacy, coffee truck, bank, general store with liquor, post office, church, bus stop, boat launch and ball field with food truck. Conveniently located just 12 minutes to Courtenay with restaurants, Walmart, Costco and all amenities. Room for parking your boat or RV and multiple vehicles. Small pets under 30 lbs allowed and there is a lovely dog wash in the laundry / mud room. This is a non-smoking property and parties are not allowed. The interior has been thoughtfully decorated and the TV service offers Netflix, YouTube and Telus optics choices. The property backs to the old railway tracks that are no longer in use but make for a great walk. The Kingfisher Spa and Resort is a short drive away along with Roy's Town Pub for food and live music. The owner's suite is in the finished attic with a separate entrance off the back upper deck. During your stay we will try to be off-site, yet we are close by if needed. Thank you for your consideration to stay in this charming home and community. The property was amazing and perfect for an island and ocean getaway. The decks serve up some great ocean views and the interior is beautifully finished. I would absolutely stay here again and offer my full recommendation for anyone considering staying here!

Everything was super clean and the hosts were super friendly and responded super quickly. The views from either deck is truly breathtaking and I could stay up there for hours rain or shine. The pet spa in the mudroom was amazing and worked perfectly for our little dachshund!! The view of the ocean was perfect and I would happily recommend the monkey tree cottage to anyone looking to getaway
