Welcome to our beach house! We hope you love it as much as we do. This single family, one story 1100 sq. ft. 2 bedroom/2 full bathroom home is located one street off the beach in a quiet neighborhood & near some wonderful restaurants, ice-cream shop, convenience store, drug store & more. Guests have access to the pool, shuffleboard, & the clubhouse. There is a washer/dryer located inside the villa along with beach chairs, beach tent, beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler, and beach cart.

Condo was super comfortable! Fantastic location (3 min walk to pool, 10 min to beach) plus ice cream and restaurants nearby. Host was very warm and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable - toiletries, plenty of towels, blankets, fully stocked kitchen plus all the beach things. Great for a family stay.

Great location

Very great location, close to beach and restaurants. The trolly system was a plus. Also all the access to beach stuff like wagon and chairs was very nice and also bikes were nice too. We had a great stay here. Snorkeling at point of rocks was a blast.

Great location, value and vacation spot.

Great villa, clean, updated, super quick walk to the beach. We were visiting from the Bay Area with our 3 kids and having all the beach supplies was a huge help. The trolley was a total bonus as well. Highly recommend!

Siesta key getaway

Property was clean and the space was more than adequate for our needs! Proximity to beach and restaurants made it extra special, and price was reasonable. Would definitely rebook!

We loved our stay at this cute little villa—it was the perfect size for our family of five. The location was fantastic: just a short walk to the beach, a nearby market made it easy to cook meals at the villa, and there was even a trolley stop close by, which made getting into the village fun and stress-free. The property was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with beach gear and towels. Everything about our stay was convenient and comfortable. Great condo in a great location.

The condo was perfect for our group of eight. Six adults and two children in our group. Communication was great from the beginning until the end. I would recommend this rental to anybody.
