Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only thing I was really happy with was the location and closeness to the beach. The lady at the front office was rude. We waited in the office for over 20 mins, there was no one there and once she finally arrived, did not apologize, looked at us like what do you want. The room had one TV broken, was not clean (go figure since you get charged a cleaning fee. Overall, it was just an ok stay.

Overall the room rental was great. The only down side is the limited are where you can put up your own tent due to hotel/condo beach hording.

Friends Getaway

The location was perfect for the beach and restaurants/bars. The pools were nice and felt more resort like than other pools in the area. The condo was very comfortable and great for our group to relax and hangout when we weren’t at the beach or bars. This was a great place and we would definitely come back.

Great short trip!

We needed something close to the beach for a couple days, and this was perfect and all we needed. Walking distance to restaurants, 150 yds to the beach, only wish they weren’t having unseasonably cold temps the 3 days we were there. Thanks!

Condo Exceeded Our Expectations

The pictures don't do this property justice. We enjoyed our time here so much, we will definitely recommend to friends for future visits. The location is really convenient to local attractions and the beach. Also there are 2 pools and chairs and umbrellas provided for beach goers.

Perfect location

Nice little gem in the heart of it all in Siesta Key…walking distance to the beautiful and peaceful Crescent Beach (make sure to take photos of it’s gorgeous sunsets), restaurants (Captain Curt has truly the best clam chowder anywhere, 7-eleven store, local boutique-supermarket, and much more. The apartment is very nice, clean, and has all that we needed. Will surely return here.

Great location

The location was great. Short walk to the beach and short walk to restaurants. The bed in the master bedroom had the biggest dip in the middle that I have ever seen. You could actually see it even when the bed was made. Furniture needs a definite upgrade. Stains on the couch. Kitchen chairs were unsteady.
