Month long stay

Stayed for one month and had a wonderful visit. The place was very clean and very well stocked with everything needed. It was 100 steps to the beach; the beach was great for walking, biking, and sunbathing. The owners were very responsive to any questions or needs that we had.

Great location!

This place was a great stay. Wonderful communication with the hosts who also made us feel very welcome. Easy walking distance to the beach and beach bars. The part of the beach you’re on prohibits vehicle access so would definitely be a safer area if you are traveling with kids. Place was very clean. We will be back soon.

Don’t Miss This Gem in NSB

We rented Point East for our family’s spring break and we are so glad we made the choice to stay here. This place is convenient to everything and not just the beach. We were in walking distance to the great food spots nearby and enjoyed the Florida Sunshine. Coleman was quick to respond to any request we had and we look forward to coming back again soon.

Wonderful Experience

We had a nice experience at the Atlantic house! The house was absolutely gorgeous, clean, all appliances are brand new. Best of all, this house is close to many restaurants, grocery stores and THE BEAUTIFUL BEACH!!! Property manager very friendly. This house is Highly recommended.

Great location!

Property was true to listing...owners were great with communication. Rental offers beach towels, bath towels, beach chairs, sand toys and lots of extras which normally don't come with rental making packing easier! Our friends stayed in the lower apartment, making the rental perfect for two families. Also, super easy beach access. With kids, able to go back and forth to the beach easily.

Great getaway

The property is just as it looks. It is very close to the beach. It was a great location for us to get to and from the water as well as to get to and from Flagler Avenue. It is a nice 3 bed 11/2 bath with a nice family room. The patio off of the family room was great to sit and eat while enjoying the weather. Everything was ready to go when we arrived and we absolutely will be coming back for another quiet getaway.

Perfect location!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location! Very easy access to a non-crowded beach for our little family. There was plenty of parking. The house was superbly clean, beds were very comfortable, and the house was stocked with everything we needed. There was a Dollar General Market very close by to stock up with drinks and snacks. I loved that it had a washer and dryer to get a head-start on vacation laundry. I can’t think of a single negative thing about our experience here.

Property is clean, classy, and top notch. As a vacationer to NSB my entire life, my next trip will be based around availability of this property. As a first time user of VRBO, I was admittedly a bit skeptical. This experience has made me a believer. Great Spot to Do the Beach

I have been going to New Smyrna for more than 20 years. If you are the right group with the right plan, this is an excellent property to rent. By the right group, I mean 4 people, probably a couple and a couple of kids. You could do 6 or squeeze in 7, but it is perfect for 4. By the right plan, if you want to do the beach it is a perfect location. It is also conveniently located to get to the great restaurants and other fun stuff in NSB. It is small but it is well appointed and well updated. It's not a place to spend a week hanging out all day in the unit but it is a great base to get into New Smyrna Beach. If my description fits what you are looking for (as it did our group), you won't do better than renting this property. (NOTE: It is on the non-driving part of the beach.)

Great honeymoon trip

My wife and I had never been to new Smyrna beach but we loved it. The cute shops and local restaurants were awesome. It’s a quiet place but we still found plenty to do. And we loved the house, super clean and just steps to the beach. Also just a short walk to a beach bar that was amazing. The owners were also super friendly and quick to respond to any of my messages.
