Escape to the beauty of Lake Demmon, the 4th cleanest lake in NYS, and enjoy a relaxing waterfront retreat perfect for families, friends, and outdoor enthusiasts. Clean water, fabulous fishing and NO ZEBRA MUSCLES!

Our charming year-round cottage offers direct lake access, stunning views, and plenty of space to unwind in every season.
The cottage comfortably accommodates 6-10 guests with three bedrooms and additional sleeping space in the living room.
Bedroom #1- 1 King Bed & 1 Queen Bed.
Bedroom #2- 1 Queen bed
Bedroom #3- 1 Full Bed.

A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra accommodations for larger families.

Guests have complimentary use of our canoe, 3 kayaks and life vests to explore the lake at their leisure.

The fun doesn't stop when the weather turns cold. Our property is accessible year-round, with the road professionally plowed during winter months. Guests can enjoy seasonal activities such as ice skating and ice fishing right on the lake.

A security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after depature.

My husband and I have been married for over 30 years and have raised five daughters on Lake Demmon. We own a few properties in very special places that our family gathers in often. Our homes are well kept, clean an offer peace and tranquility. We would be honored to host you as our guests.

Why they chose this property

We bought this home in the summer of 2026 because we own a large cottage on the Lake. As our family grows and more grandchildren are arriving, we were able to purchase the property so that our family, and other families, can enjoy it!! We absolutely LOVE Lake Demmon. It's the perfect Lake for families with children!!!
It's my kids favorite spot to be.

What makes this property unique

Our Cottage offers beautiful views of the lake along with 82 feet of waterfront property. We have a zero entry beach, kayaks, and a canoe that you may use on the property.
