Majestic Views-Designer Int.- #150 Walk to Lift 1a & Gondola

This mountain retreat offers exquisite contemporary mountain decor, fine Colorado woodwork, and beautiful hardwood floors. The Pines Lodge is situated in the heart of downtown Aspen. It is decorated with an elegant touch and top of the line furnishings throughout, including gas fireplace, granite counter tops, steam shower and wine cooler. Enjoy the easy access to town and glorious views of Aspen Mountain.

Some might say this street level unit facing Ajax Mountain is the best there is. From the decor to the finish, it is truly Aspen chic.

The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, LCD TV and private bath. The Second Bedroom has a Queen Bed, LCD TV and bathroom including a steam shower. There is also a pull out couch in the living room with a third bathroom including a beautiful marble shower. The galley styled kitchen has everything you would expect along with beautiful granite eating bar opening to the stylish living room containing another TV and fireplace. Lastly is a full size dining room with seating for 8.

It's front deck offers a private hot tub and simple bistro table for toasting a glass after a day on the mountain. For the ski enthusiasts, we have a ski storage room complete with boot and glove dryers. In the summer it becomes an excellent location to store bikes. Aspen STR#083554

We had a great stay. The property manager was very prompt and accommodating. The property is well appointed, and a very nice property with all the amenities. There were a couple of minor issues, and the maintenance person that lives at the facility took less than five minutes to respond and rectify the issues, the convenience to the town to buses to other mountains and walking to Aspen is unparalleled.

We had some sewage issues, but the manager was on it. Got everything worked out. You will enjoy your time here. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable. We would rent again.

Wonderful experience

The pictures don’t do the property justice. East street access. Large spaces. Plenty of room overall for my family. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds, bathrooms, kitchen had everything we needed. Great proximity to ski lift. Easy walk to everything in town. It was everything we wanted and needed for our vacation and couldn’t have worked out better. Communication was swift and response even faster. There was a problem with the hot tub, and I messaged the property manager in the evening when it was discovered. I didn’t expect anyone until morning, but literally within minutes someone was there to fix it! He was very nice and helpful. Can’t say enough good things. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was well maintained and current, with high end appliances and fixtures. The bed in the Cabin room may be needing a new mattress soon, but overall, the location, property, and facilities were amazing. The hot tub was a major bonus after walking and skiing everywhere. Such a lovely environment.

Convenient Location

Amazing location only a couple of blocks away from Ajax gondola or lift 1. Bus station only 2 blocks away for free and rapid trips to Aspen Highlands and Snowmass. Unit was comfortable and kitchen well designed for family dinners. 3 full bathrooms was a nice feature as well. Would definitely stay again.

Great condo steps from the heart of Aspen

Great little place, nice building, well equipped. Just wait until they bring Lift 1A down the hill, this will practically be slope-side. Condo is just a block off the downtown Aspen core so the street tends to be busy, but there are also multiple beautiful city parks in the immediate neighborhood. Walking distance to all town has to offer is great.
