Beautiful Home, cozy and comfortable.
One master with king size bed, another room with a king size bed, one room with a full size bed, another room is a loft room, has two bunk beds, full size bunk beds. This fourth room has the washer and dryer in the same space. Open area communicating kitchen, dining and living area. Has a game room in the garage with a pool table, air conditioning available. On the canal with direct access to the main river, great for boating. This property has a great patio / pool area. game
boat lift available at an extra charge. Heated pool available for an extra daily charge of 45. Per day, must be requested one week prior to arrival. Near many restaurants, bars and stores and beaches.
Five minutes to a community beach.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take out trash bins. Facing the streets, no trash outside, everything must be inside bins.
Air conditioning unit must be left up to 74
Do not move furniture inside or outside from their actual position
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
After 10pm, no loud Music specially outside the home in the back.
The home is on the water, umbrellas outside must be closed after each use, to prevent them from braking. Do not move furniture around.
Garbage must be in bags sealed into the garbage can, excessive garbage could result additional charges. Carnage must be placed outside street side

Wonderful Rental

Amazing property and such a breeze communicating with owner. Kitchen was unbelievably stocked anything you would need. Same with linens. Just wonderful stay!

Very Pleasant Property

My family and I stayed for 5 days at Lissette Canela's property and had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. House was clean with all of the amenities and the host was very responsive and attentive. Recommended.

Wonderful Spring Break Trip with Family and Friends

This is a very clean property! The house is spacious and accommodated our 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids) perfectly. The game room is a very nice added bonus, and the pool is perfect! We rented a boat for a few days and location of this home is ideal to get to the water. We would definitley stay here again and recommend others do the same!
