Whether you're lounging in the cozy living room, enjoying a home-cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen, lounging by the heated pool, fishing off the dock, kayaking in the canal, biking on the bike routes, this house has everything you need for a memorable stay. Kayaks and bikes are provided along with everything you need to go to the beach such as beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach tote and cooler. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put all the used bedding in the washer but do not turn it on. Make sure all used towels are washed and put away.
If you use the grill you must clean it. If it is not cleaned you will be assessed an additional $150.
Please do not use bags for recyclables; the items can be dumped loosely in the can. Please turn the AC to 78º F.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Strip used beds; place sheets in washer (do not start). Wash, dry, and put away all used towels. Keep A/C at 72°F or higher. Keep doors/windows closed
Dogs must be leashed outside, kenneled when alone, and waste picked up immediately. Failure to clean up waste incurs a $150 fee.
Return all items to their original place. Lock all doors/windows. Place trash in garage cans; dump recyclables loose into the recycling can.

Very nice place to stay in Cape Coral. Great little outdoor living space. The kayaks and bikes were a big plus for my family to spend time exploring the local parks and canals. Host was very attentive to the few small questions I had, and we had a great stay.

Winter getaway.

Beautiful weather for an extended stay. The house and pool were perfect. Loved the outdoor area and comfortable furniture. I gave location a 4 only because the traffic can be a little loud at times. Otherwise it is a nice walk for coffee or lunch and a great farmers market.

Terri is a great host and responded quickly when I had questions while I was planning our stay as well as when we were there. House is clean, organized and well equipped with essentials from bathroom to kitchen to beach and outdoor activities. Great location. 15 min to Cape Coral activites and restaurants. 40 to fort myers beach. All travel depends on traffic. Timing is important. The house is in a perfect location to have peace and quiet but get away to restaurants, bars, and night life. Great area to take walks which we did everyday. Thank you Terri for everything. Will definitely return in hopes to rent your home again.

The pictures under sell this home! It is amazing! Beautiful sunset. Long driveway. Split bedroom set up. Amazing master bath/room set up. Living room was our hangout space. They had EVERYTHING you could think of needing.. kayaks, fishing poles, pool floats, water hose to spray down, easy access to fans on walls and all remotes labeled so to not be confused. Out of the 2 days we stayed, we were in the pool 50% of the time. When we cooked dinner the kitchen was setup like a true home with seasonings, oil, pans, etc. Great stay!Let me not forget to shoutout the host! Can you say RESPONSIVE?! Responds almost immediately and is very respectful and accommodating! Thanks for making our first family vacation with the baby a memorable one!

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because we fell in love with Southwest Cape Coral and everything it has to offer. One of our favorite features is the biking and walking trail right outside the house, which makes it easy to get out and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

We also love being just minutes from Matlacha, a charming and colorful fishing village filled with local shops, restaurants, and waterfront views. Having easy access to Pine Island is another reason this location is so special to us.

In addition, we're only about nine minutes from the Yacht Club Beach in Southeast Cape Coral, making it convenient to enjoy the beach and waterfront activities. For us, this neighborhood offers the perfect combination of relaxation, outdoor recreation, and access to some of the area's best attractions.

What makes our property unique is its combination of comfort, location, and amenities. Situated on a peaceful canal in Southwest Cape Coral, guests can enjoy beautiful waterfront views while still being close to many of the area's most popular attractions.

Our home features a private screened-in heated pool, a dock overlooking the canal, and plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. We also provide kayaks and bicycles so guests can explore the waterways and nearby trails at their own pace.

For those who enjoy fishing, we provide fishing poles and basic tackle so you can cast a line right from the dock and enjoy the canal at your leisure. It's a great way to relax, spend time with family, and experience the natural beauty of Cape Coral.

We want our guests to experience everything Cape Coral and the surrounding beaches have to offer, so we've provided many of the essentials you'll need for a perfect beach day. You'll find beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, a beach bag, and a cooler available for your use. Simply pack up and head out to enjoy the sun, sand, and beautiful Gulf Coast beaches without the hassle of bringing extra gear.
