We loved everything about the cabin. My husband loves to go to Gatlinburg for his birthday and this was by far the best cabin we’ve had. Would definitely stay here again.

Great for a getaway with my kids
This was a great cabin for me and my teenage kids. Close enough to get to everything we wanted to do. Was even able to enjoy the community pool for a bit.
This way first time going to Gantlinburg and the experience was better than I thought! The cabin played a huge part in that experience as it was located really close the downtown. Would recommend forsure!
We had to spend the weekend in Gatlinburg for my daughters volleyball tournament and was able to stay in this cabin! It was perfect for the kids! Kept them entertained the whole time we were there. Very spacious and perfectly located!
Great location close to downtown and all the hiking in the Park. The cabin was just as described and we enjoyed evening games and relaxing in the hot tub after hiking. We saw a bear our first evening there came right by the cabin. The owners responded promptly to any questions and checked in with us after our first night. Highly recommend this cabin!

Sorry that our high standards weren’t up to your liking. Cleanliness is our top priority and if you had mentioned anything we are always prompt to address anything.
Nice place, Great location. Only thing is the Thermostat seems to be controlled remotely. If we had known this beforehand, would have rented somewhere else with full control of the inside temp. If you plan on staying in this cabin make sure you ask for the control code.

Hi Tim, thank you for staying with us. The thermostat’s are completely under your control, not ours, we wish you would have reached out to us to so we could have guided you how to set them. Hope to see you again.

Not worth the price
This place would be amazing for no more than 4 people…2 adults and 2 kids and absolutely no more. Also the cleaners are not properly cleaning each and every time guests leave. Toilet and beds were disgusting. Dust everywhere and the trash can was absolutely horrific. Wish I had read other reviews before booking in a hurry. We arrived and were not given enough towels and wash clothes for the 7 of us. We had to purchase our own towels and cleaning products the first night we were there in order to have a shower and a clean space. I did communicate with the owner, but we still have not received our cleaning fee back in reimbursement. Overall it made our TN experience not a happy experience.

I wouldn't call this a five star.review by any means. It was ok just not great. Prior to our arrival, I did receive communication about gaining access and entry to the cabin, which was great. Upon arrival, the cabin smelled and looked very clean. My wife only noticed a couple spiders lingering in the doorways. After the first night, I did receive an email or rather a message through VRBO asking us about our stay and if we needed anything additional.I responded that the hot tub, one of the amenities we specifically booked this cabin for did not work. The jets did not turn on. The hot tub cover was so waterlogged it was too heavy and impossible for one person to take off. I texted the owners but no response. I can only assume that the owners did not want to respond because they knew it did not work. They were responsive up until I had a problem.Another item I wish there were transparency on was the gameroom. My children were excited to play the pinball machine as silly as that sounds, however one of the flipper controls did not work, so the machine is basically inoperable. I just wish there were better transparency on both of those items. It would have changed my decision to stay at this cabin. I realize that I am complaining about a pinball machine and a hot tub, but these were two items my family was looking forward to using, especially the hot tub with this time of year. I don't have any pictures but I do have the text messages that show no response. I give this a 3/5.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad the cabin was clean and that check-in communication was smooth, but we’re sorry the hot tub and pinball machine weren’t working properly during your stay—those amenities should always be fully functional.
I do want to clarify that the message about the hot tub came in late the night before checkout, and by the time we saw it the next morning, you had already departed. We wish we had known sooner so we could have addressed it for you.
We appreciate your comments and will use them to improve moving forward.

Overall, it was a good experience! Communication at times took awhile to get an answer back because only way to communicate is through a messenger and we had little to no WiFi because it was broke. It would be nice to be able to at least text for faster communication!
I feel compared to other properties I paid a bit more to use the hot tub and all the gaming equipment but the jets barely work in hot tub and air hockey table does not really blow any air which makes it very difficult. Pinball is very worn out and ball gets stuck a lot and a broken flipper.
The bear sightings happened frequently which was cool to see! I’d stay again if they did a few updates. Seem like really nice owners I think they just live to far to really fix and see the condition of some of these “extras”! Hoping they message me back about a possible small reimbursement for all the equipment we could not use. Especially because I paid a few hundred more for less days than my friends who currently have a place down the road.
Our trip was for a family vacation during Spring break. The host was very responsive to any questions, and even reached out after our first night to make sure all was well. The cabin is very centrally located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, so that was a plus. The bed in the master was very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the game room and we spent a decent amount of time each evening playing them. Both the front and back porches offered a nice little place to relax. The cabin offered enough space where we could spread out and not feel cramped.
There isn’t a closet in the bedroom, so we had to live out of suitcases for the week. Not the worst thing, but it is nice to unpack and hang up your clothes. Additionally, I did not have control over the HVAC. When we arrived, the heat was on and you have to enter a code to switch it AC. I had to contact the host, and it was switched to AC for me. Just a bit of an annoyance not be able to control it yourself. We did not use the hot tub as there were things floating in the water and the water itself was a bit cloudy looking. Unfortunately, I noticed this after the kids got in. I did address this with the host and was advised the hot tub is drained and refilled after each guest. At bed time the second night, my daughter mentioned she didn’t want to sleep underneath the sheets (referring to the bunk bed) because there was “black stuff” on them. I should have looked more closely when she first said something, because it wasn’t until the day of check out when I was looking for anything they may have left, that I noticed the sheets had crumbs and hair in them.
For the most part, we did enjoy our stay. However, next time we’re in TN, we will look to stay elsewhere.
Filled all our needs and was very comfortable and relaxing.

Could have been 5 stars.
We would have rated this cabin with 5 stars, but the kitchen was infested with ants, and the WiFi did not work correctly. We wasted quite a bit of time trying to run down child friendly ant traps. The owners did contact us, but the property manager made no attempt to remedy the situation. The WiFi was visible from our devices, but the sign-in page always resulted in a "Could not be found" message. My wife and I are both business owners, and I am a 37 year I.T. professional, managing servers remotely a lot of the time. If the cabin was advertised as not having WiFi, we would never have rented it. On the plus side, we've rented many cabins, and this one had the most comfortable MBR mattress. The cabin layout is nice, and the pinball, air hockey, and other games were nice. The deck looks directly into trees with 95% cover. The development pool is beyond that. The short rock walkway leading to the cabin was tricky to navigate at night in the rain. We had to be very careful where we stepped.
Perfect for just couple with good location. Owner communicated with e mail after the first nights stay to make sure that everything was A ok. Would rent again.

Beautiful, but not clean/sanitary at all!!
The cabin set up was nice. It just wasn’t cleaned.
I reach out to owners about cleaning. No response. I went out to buy cleaning supplies so that I can clean it myself. Toilet was dirty, hair and urine drops on seat and all round. Shower wasn’t cleaned, spider webs everywhere plus a lot of dust which triggered my asthma and allergies. Tub had a lot of dead bugs Around and inside it. Fridge had hair, dust, food spills etc. oven was burned up inside from food spills and stovetop. Microwave had food splatter. Master room wouldn’t heat up much, bed feels like laying on two box springs and now I have a sore back. Cheap thin towels like Terry cloths. Bath rugs were dirty. Went out to buy all new towels, rugs, cleaning supplies, condiments, hand soap etc. All pictures sent to owner.
Trash can had food splatter and mold inside when we took the bag out. Place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. I ended up spending over half a day cleaning so that my kids and myself will feel more comfortable. This is not how I planned our only trip of the year to be. Cost a lot of money just to go on vacation and still had to do work. (I’m in the cleaning industry)! Couldn’t sleep much. Couldn’t really enjoy my stay😩 (4 days)
Loved the location and cabin. It’s great for a couple with a couple of kids. So close to downtown Gatlinburg, but away from the hectic city life. Loved it!!! And will recommend it!
Staying here made our first family trip to Gatlinburg a wonderful, memorable experience. My kids loved the game room, and we all enjoyed the hot tub. It was very close to everything but still you felt as if you were in the woods.
Everything was great! I recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a great time with his or her spouse, family or friends.
