This 4 bedroom / 2.5 bath home is set in a serenely quiet neighborhood with Cape Cod Bay water views from more than half of the house. Newly furnished and nicely equipped, this home has plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy their vacation, inside and out. Dine in luxury in the captain’s dining room appointed with a custom made model ship, read a book in the sunroom or enjoy the water views from the large deck and backyard, equipped with a fire pit and gas grill. Take advantage of the added amenities included with this home: 6 kayaks with life vests and paddles, 4 bicycles, toys for children and welcome basket treats for the adults. There is plenty of garage space to store your Jeep or convertible while you enjoy a stroll to Crosby Landing Beach, known for the sandy tidal flats of Brewster. After a long day of fun, sleep soundly on the recently purchased luxury mattresses and fine bed linens included with this rental home.

Non-refundable $500 Administrative fee, $150 Cleaning fee (Linens Included), plus applicable state and local taxes.

Great rental in Cape Cod

The property was fantastic. Except for a leaky A/C unit, this property included anything and everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay in Cape Cod.

It was clean, spacious, well equipped with anything you can imagine - from kitchen utensils and spices and books and games to outdoor activities (bikes, kayaks, fire pit, hammock - you name it). Very quiet neighborhood. We walked every day to the beach. Highly recommend the place.

Accessibility to bike trail, exactly what we expected. The cleanliness of the house was not up to par, but the staff at Sotheby's made every effort to correct it. Very professional, listened to all concerns, reassured me that all matters will be taken care of, and response to inquires where amazingly prompt. Recommendation I would make:plastic tumbler cups for adults and kids to use.hand mixer (none provided)plastic mixing bowls (3 sets)TV IN MASTER BEDROOM A MUST!!!!!
