Comfortable fun hospitality home

Wonderful stay in Brewster

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was just as advertised: clean and updated with lots of beds. The kids made good use of the heated pool and game room. It’s centrally located to Brewster and Orleans beaches, the rail trail and Nickerson park.

A great retreat

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is well appointed and perfect for a family vacation. The pool was perfect. Shixin was very responsive to any questions. The Brewster beaches are great for kids and well-situated for trips to other parts of the Cape.

Girls Getaway Weekend

Wonderful stay in Brewster

This house was just as advertised and great for three generations of a family (ages 2 - 79). We had enough room to spread out but also great common space for us all to be together. The pool was awesome. Nice quiet street which was good for kids to ride their bikes and adults to walk/jog. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Fantastic place!

We just loved our stay here! Great location, beautiful home. Especially the kitchen as we stayed in for eating and it has everything we needed and the space for us to prepare some big meals. We like to cook so this was important to us! Lots of room for us as everyone got a good sized bedroom. Nice getaway place. Will return next year!

Amazing house in the Cape!

We had such a wonderful experience!!! The house and backyard pool were absolutely amazing! There are tons of wonderful beaches and restaurants all within a few minutes drive! Shixin responded right away to all of our needs or questions and she could not have been more accommodating! We would definitely stay there again!!

We love our stay at this property! It’s conveniently located in the center of Brewster abutting Orleans and Chatham. Close to many beaches in these towns. House is very clean and tastefully decorated. Very well stocked kitchen. Pool is heated which is very nice. Perfect for family vacation. Everything just as advertised. Clean, well-equipped, spacious house with great backyard and heated pool. Prompt replies from owner. Terrific mid-Cape location within 10-minute drive of beaches, bike rail trail, Nickerson State Park, and good food and grocery options.

Very clean, great location

The house was very clean and bright and cheery. Shixin was extremely accommodating -- even lending us her own daughter's bike. The location in Brewster is very central to everything -- beaches, lakes, parks and downtowns. Would highly recommend.

Rappaport Review of Kailan's Estate

The Property was very comfortable to live and completely as advertised. The Host was responsive and courteous. My family (total of 8) stayed the first week and my college friends (total of 7) stayed the second. Both enjoyed the property tremendously. I would definitely rent there again in the future.

Nice House for a family reunion

We were an extended family of 8 adults and 4 young children. The house was perfectly laid out. The pool was ideal, especially with the fence surrounding it. The large back yard was great for the kids to run around. We used the BBQ grill and large outdoor eating table every evening. House was well stocked with pool toys and indoor games. Recommended !

Perfect location and accommodations

This vacation property is exactly as described. Great house for entire family. Well stocked house which is so convenient. House is in a great location, easy to get to area beaches and venues. The neighborhood is very quiet and great for walking. The yard is nice and pool an added bonus. The host provides beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. Garage comes in very handy to store beach things and bikes. My entire family enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Perfect house for our 3 generation family

This lovely house is on a quiet street and is central to most attractions in Brewster. The back yard and pool area is protected and private. There is so much to do right at the house between the pool and the basement’s ping pong and air hockey. There were 10 of us and there was room to spread out as well as room to eat together. The kitchen is very well equipped. You will not regret booking this house! We had a blast! Thank you, Shixin!

Yearly Family Vacation on the Cape

We had an amazing time! The house was clean, cheerful, pleasant with all the amenities you would want in a home. The host was pleasant and responded to any of our needs in a very timely fashion. There’s plenty of space for children to safely play while adults can relax and enjoy. The house is close to the beach and other local attractions. After a day at the beach the pool is an amazing game changer! I can’t remember vacationing where everyone was so satisfied and content! We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
