We really enjoyed our visit to Savannah. The location of our rental was convenient to the free bus service as well as an easy walking distance to many sites we visited. The house was very nicely decorated and clean.

The place is average. Great location. Stayed with a guy friend. We both agreed that our wives wouldn't have like this place.

Good location
Good location near Forsyth, squares and walking distance to river front. There's challenging street parking due to Enterprise across the street that takes up most of the street parking. Old house and an old feel. Comfortable. Everything we needed for the most part or within local shopping distance.
Cute little apartment. Stocked with pretty much anything you'll need. Would definitely stay again.

Dear [Guest],
Thank you for your positive feedback! We're glad to hear you had a nice stay and that we could promptly address any issues. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we hope to welcome you back for another pleasant experience.
I loved the quiet location. It was very clean and loved the well-used courtyard. Nothing fancy but a nice 2-bedroom one bathroom place. About a mile walk to Broughton St. But I love that we could walk everywhere! The only negative are 2 things. I didn't like the shower head (misty) and having to carry keys (keypad please!) If you are looking for an affordable place in Savannah this one is for you! BTW the kitchen had everything.

A simple no frills unit, bad check-in experience
We had a very unpleasant check in process with this host. We weren't provided check in instructions in time, we couldn't get access to the property and the host and its "24/7 concierge" weren't answering and we had to pay to spend the night in a hotel. After two weeks of constant emails, phone calls and effort, the host reimbursed us for the hotel but not the first night we couldn't access the property which we felt was completely unfair. I looped in vrbo who finally helped cover some of the requested reimbursement. The property itself:Positives:- conveniently located- street parking was easy enough- overall clean- bed was very comfy- access to laundry was helpfulNegatives:- older style look inside, decor/items feel like they're just extra old items the host owned and put them together in this unit rather than them being new- limited supplies - no coffee, bathroom extras- couch is very uncomfortable and small- first-level along the street - you'll hear cars drive by and people walking by right outside the living room- backyard is unkept and not somewhere you'd want to hang outthis is a well located, budget friendly small unit that won't wow you but gets the job done. The check-in process was a nightmare and put a damper on our trip and we were disappointed with the host's reaction and handling of the situation and process to get reimbursed. I'm glad and thank the host/vrbo that we were finally reimbursed but i felt a fair review was still in order.
The positives- this property is very well equipped, old but clean, and communication great and easy. I give it 4 stars instead of five for a couple of easily fixed issues for me. The couch/sofa is soooo uncomfortable. If you don’t plan on lounging or watching TV in the duplex, not an issue. But my son was in town filming a movie and I had lots of time to hang out in the duplex by myself. The pleather chair is only slightly better. The coffee table is glass so I was always careful about propping feet up- with the sofa, which is hard and straight sitting, you need to put feet up. I get the need for a sofa and chair that easily clean up but they really are very uncomfortable for sitting more than a few minutes. The other reason I give 4 stars is the back patio needs a good pressure washing and some trimming done. Really felt dirty so not useable. It’s possible the furniture and patio wouldn’t bother younger people (I’m 62) but I want to sit down in a comfortable chair or sofa after walking around all day and enjoy my coffee outside in a space that feels clean. Lastly, the business across the street cranks up at 7:00 AM and the parking lot across the street is noisy early in the morning. But unlike many rentals, the duplex was well stocked with ample supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, shampoo, coffee supplies to get you started without having to run to the store immediately. The price is fair especially when compared to similar listings.
