Family house of 216 m2 on an enclosed and wooded plot of 1000 m2, ideally located 200 m walk from the beach and 500 m from the shops and the market. The house can accommodate up to 14 people, it is the ideal place to recharge your batteries with family or friends.
The house is composed of:
- a beautiful living room with fireplace (sofa, TV, large dining room table)
- a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, Nespresso...
- a laundry room with washing machine
- a garage with a second fridge
- 6 bedrooms including a studio. (sleeps 14)
-5 bathrooms, two of which have a bathtub
-4 toilets
- a cot and a high chair
- a box (tv and internet)
For the exterior:
-4 terraces, one of which is under a charming patio
- Garden furniture: two tables for 10 people with parasols, deckchairs, etc.
-a plancha and a Weber barbecue
- a ping pong table
Optional services:

-Bed linen: 200 euros
- Towels: 60 euros

Environment and activities: The house is located 400 m from the golf course. For snow sports enthusiasts: close to surfing, WakePark and SkatePark and 10 minutes by car O'Gliss Park. You can also enjoy swimming, fishing on foot, the many walks (natural site of the Pointe d'Arçay....), cycle paths, bars, restaurants and the Casino. You are 1 hour by car from the Puy du Fou park and 45 minutes from La Rochelle.

Pets are allowed under certain conditions.

Weekly rates 2024/2025 :(Cleaning included)
-Low season: from 1500 euros (excluding school holidays) and 1800 euros (school holidays)
-High season from: 2400 euros to 2800 euros
-Possibility of renting for a weekend (cleaning not included)
- Deposit: 1000 euros
-Preferential rates for a rental over several weeks.
