A lovely house with 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms, a stone's throw from the beach.

The ideal place for a stay with your feet in the water, with family or friends, on holiday or teleworking, for a family reunion or any other.

The House is a large house completely renovated, under the pines of La Grière with a large garden of 1200 m² that surrounds the house. The outdoor areas include a beautiful south facing sun terrace, a cabin at the bottom of the garden, large areas to play or relax and the possibility of hanging hammocks under the maritime pines.
The house is connected to wifi.

The accommodation
On the ground floor:

The house includes a large living room with large bay windows giving the impression of being outside. The living room hosts a beautiful space to lie down, read, rest, meet or watch a film. The dining room, in the same room, includes a large table for sharing meals. You will also find games and books for entertainment and tourist documentation.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob, microwave, kettle, espresso coffee machine, coffee maker, toaster, etc.), fitted out for stove lovers.

The hallway leads to the downstairs shower room, the separate toilet, the garage and the stairs leading to the ground floor. The bathroom includes a large sink and a large shower cubicle as well as plenty of storage.
Upstairs, the landing leads to 5 bedrooms and a bathroom:
The first bedroom has a double bed (160 X 200 cm), a closet and a wardrobe to store your belongings and make you feel at home. From the bed, the view is unobstructed of the garden and especially of the pine trees.
The second bedroom and the third bedroom are identical with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a cupboard and a wardrobe. These two bedrooms each have a breathtaking view of the garden thanks to the large 3.2 m wide sliding windows.
The fourth bedroom, at the end of the corridor on the right, has a double bed (160 X 200 cm), a desk, a cupboard and a wardrobe.
The fifth bedroom, at the end of the corridor on the left, has a sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) and a shelf.

Finally, the second bathroom includes a bath, a shower, a cabinet with double sink and a toilet.
In the garage

The garage includes a washing machine, a dryer and a freezer for ice cream and other refreshments. You will find outdoor games (bowls, molky, shuffleboard, balls, football goals,...), camping seats to go to the beach, hammocks, boards and all the equipment to have fun and have a great holiday!
All the equipment is at your disposal, please take care of it for the following tenants:)

Traveller access
The entire accommodation is reserved for tenants. You can enjoy the whole house, the terrace and the garden at your ease. Camping is not allowed in the garden.

SERVICES:
Bed linen and 2 tea towels are provided. Cleaning is included except for the kitchen (we ask you to clean and put away the dishes before leaving and to clean the appliances including the fridge)
Optional and on request: if you wish, the beds can be prepared before your arrival (5€/bed). On request, we can provide you: high chair, bottle warmer, travel cot, car seat, stroller...


Other remarks
RESERVATIONS:

The House is rented by the week in high season, from the end of June to the beginning of September. Short stays are available (weekends and weekdays the rest of the year). Do not hesitate to contact us for specific dates, or events planned well in advance.

THE ADVANTAGES:

The house is located 150 m walk from the beach. The garden is spacious and very pleasant, the maritime pines protecting us from the heat.

The house is close to the centre of La Grière. You will find less than 300 m away a seaside shopping street: a small mini-market, craft shops, fishmongers, greengrocers, a bakery, a tobacconist/newsagent, restaurants, ice cream parlours, a small amusement park for children and a mini golf course...
