Great location for golf trip w friends

This property is perfect for a guys golf weekend. Centrally located to many great courses

Spacious, great location and neighborhood...BUT....

The property is in need of renovation...appliances are old, kitchen is poorly equipped. Bed and bath linens need to be replaced. The outdoor space is nice but the furniture is falling apart...the development is top notch but this house is NOT!!!
