There is also a beautiful dining room that overlooks the canal while you enjoy breakfast or the wonderful sunset in the evening. The upstairs floor contains 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. One bedroom has twin bunk beds and the other has a double bed and the other on-suite has a queen bed.
A recently added screened porch is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset or your morning coffee. Crabbing and fishing is a treat off the private dock. The dock holds a boat up to 20 feet in length. The location is a top notch spot to enjoy both the beach and the canal. There is a large refrigerator and freezer located on the ground floor for overflow food and drinks. There is an industrial ice maker in the garage under the house. You can even toss a game of corn hole with the boards made by the owners son. You are a short golf cart ride to the pools, dining facilities, marina and tennis courts. A terrific ocean breeze with nature all around makes this home your perfect vacation spot! A six seater golf cart comes with a weeks rental. (Amenity Cards are available for purchase for persons over 13 to use the pools, island resturants and golf club.)
