I am a perennial student: a graduate of Rutgers University, Seton Hall University, The US Army Command & General Staff College, the National Defense University, and University of Arizona. During this career, I served in Infantry units and taught in both military and civil schools, to include at Rutgers and Seton Hall Universities. I have lived at Lake Atitlan since 1999. I am a fitness trainer and exercise nut. I am the published author of numerous books and articles on military subjects, education, and the contemporary culture and history of Guatemala and Mexico.
