Its Pvt Spacious large Double room with en suite Bathroom having Big Cupboards . Few minutes walk from Beach , New World , Petrol Station, Subway and MacDonald and Train station.

Room is at ground level so you have your privacy

WIFI , Microwave, heater and cutlery are included . Tea and Coffee.

We are family of 4 with 2 Kids happy to Welcome :)

Convenient to Plimmerton

Host was very welcoming and made everything easy. The heated towel rail was on for us before we arrived, which was a nice touch in the winter. The microfleece bedsheets were superb. The parking is on-street only, ...one of the wing mirrors on our Mercedes SLK got pushed in during the night. Otherwise a good location.

Only good for 2 people

No smoke alarm. Electrical wiring not good. Damp. No plug in hand basin. Shower plug needs fixing. TV has no channels, needs the channels for if u are staying at nights. Could have a vacuum one time for when we were there.

Hi Bev Apologize for your any inconvenience but i suggest to read house rules before booking. We informed you that room is only for 2 people but you brought 3rd old lady and told us that you don't have any place for your guest. I must say that you should mention that how we helped your 3rd guest giving new mattress , while she doesn't have any place to live also helped you giving our own parking as you guys are don't want use guest designated one. While your 3rd guest left bed sheet and pillow sheet with scars of food and we have to replace them. electric points were in room but as your guest requested we have to.provide extra extensions. Regarding basin though detergents are there and kitchen is shared along laundry mentioned in house rules yet . We washed your clothes towels and pans just as a courtesy.but it looked we did wrong , please be aware when Tv is smart and if you don't want to use netflex or Disney it's not our fault. Mentioned in house rules also. We will be vigilant in future when helping guests out of favor. Regrads Umar

Beautiful house and lovely family. When I saw the room however, I asked the host to consider giving me a refund or a partial refund despite their policy. I rented for 3 nights and stayed zero minutes. The problem was, that the room felt too enclosed. The room is downstairs - I don't recall the room having windows... The Expedia/VRBO Listing shows pictures of the kitchen and the patio and the amenities you can use upstairs but when you walk up stairs and you see the family doing homework, you feel like you do not want to interrupt and would rather stay downstairs in your dungeon. Like I said, I turned around and put the key back in the box. I was flying in from overseas only for a funeral and i'm not rich to be throwing money away.
