Granby Slice of Paradise - Clean and Quiet

Fully remodeled, clean & quiet with two master bedrooms, one with a king bed with a brand new (March 2023) Nectar hybrid mattress the other master with a very comfortable queen bed with an additional XL Twin (30" x 80") over bunk bed with and an additional pull-out sofa queen sleeper with an upgraded foam mattress in the living room. We also have a pack and play should you need it.

This unit includes a fully stocked kitchen (bakers delight), WiFi (200Mbs) with streaming video options and Sling cable, a patio, and is a direct walk-in unit where you can see your car (and gear) within 20 feet of the front door. Also, we have provided the 'owners' closet 29" x45" x 8' which is lockable and super convenient for your gear!

Views of the golf course, ski area, ponds, and of course, mountains. So close to the Kicking Horse ski lift you can click into your skis and glide on over, or hop your mountain bike, and be on the Fraser trail within seconds, golf within minutes, and book your beat on the Fraser River and fish with a guide on the same day! Coin laundry area just down the hall - but far enough away that you do not hear it. Whether you are into mountain biking, golf, fishing, hiking, skiing, or just taking in majestic mountain views, this place has it all - right here!

A Slice of Paradise

Todd was great in communication with us throughout the check-in process. He accommodated us very generously due to a slight mix up regarding our expectations. This is a very nice property in a great location for a very reasonable price.

Great family ski getaway

This property was perfect for our family of four for a spring break ski trip! It was clean and quiet and just far enough away from the ski area. It had everything we needed and our kids loved the bunk beds. My husband and daughter loved the proximity to Kicking Horse lift! We would definitely stay again if we’re ever back in Granby.

Family Weekend getaway

This property was amazing! Newly remodeled, the condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The two bedrooms were perfect for our family of four and the second bathroom was a big plus. The beds were very comfortable with quality linens, my 14yo son even said the pull out couch was “the most comfortable” one he’s ever slept on and he’s ends up on them a lot. The location was perfect, right between Grand Lake and Winter Park and we were able to enjoy the area. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful Place

Our group of 3 enjoyed the 3-day stay. Great view of the sunset from the living/dining area. Super close to grocery and liquor stores and not very far from the Rockies. The manager promptly responded to our questions. Highly recommend!

Family Spring Break

Disfrutamos mucho nuestro viaje a Granby Ranch!! El departamento muy bonito y muy acogedor. Tiene una vista muy padre y nos tocó nevando mucho y eso lo hizo muy especial. Ski Trip 2021

The condo is clean and well appointed. We did have some difficulty getting the televisions to work, so evening movies and NCAA basketball were out. That didn’t keep us from having a good time. A few more pantry items such as coffee would have been nice. It was a bit of walk to the slopes, but once we cleared a path through the snow down to the street below, it wasn’t bad at all. The views from the condo of the mountains north of Granby were fabulous. The owners were very courteous and accessible.

Great communication, views, and decor

We had a great stay here! Though it was short and we were only there for 1 night, we spent a lot of time in the condo taking in the views (the sunset was amazing!) and enjoying the condo's mountain decor. I had a question about how to turn the fireplace on and Todd was quick to respond with the details and followed up shortly after to make sure I got it working. He was very communicative all along the way - starting with the booking process and making sure we had all the details of the condo and area, all the way through our stay to make sure we were comfortable there. If I was to go back to the area, I would definitely stay here again - and I recommend it to anyone who will be staying in the area!

Feels just like home!

We stayed during February 2021. This condo was absolutely perfect and beautifully furnished . It felt like home from the minute we came through the door. The location is great, just a nice walk or 1 minute drive down to the lifts. Grocery store about 5 minutes away. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Excellent WiFi with many options for TV watching like Netflix. A cozy electric fireplace kept the rooms nice an warm(in addition to the regular heating). If we ever come back to Granby this will be our first choice of where to stay!

Fantastic Getaway

We enjoyed everything about the condo. The location was perfect, with direct access to the Kicking Horse lift, or a 2 minute drive to the base. From extra blankets to kitchen utensils, there was nothing we needed that was not provided. Upon check-in the condo was beyond clean. Shout out to the owner, who was very responsive and made our stay as great as we had hoped. Our family will definitely look into staying here again. Loved it!
