This is the second year in a row we have stayed here and have been very happy and content with both visits! Beautiful location, easy access to Winter Park and RMNP. So relaxing! Will likely be back again next year!

Adorable Cabin in great location!

We loved our stay in this wonderful cabin. The place was just what we needed regarding room and location. The owner was wonderful to communicate with and easy to get a hold of. We really enjoyed our stay and will for sure return to this lovely place.

Ski-Joring at Grand Lake

There were four of us and the cabin was very nicely decorated and inviting. Kitchen well stocked and beds very comfortable. The owner was very gracious to us reaching out to us. We enjoyed our evenings in the cabin.

Lovely Mountain Getaway

This was such a cozy property with a beautiful view! Very thoughtful hosts, and they have thought of everything to make sure your stay is comfortable and easy. The location was great- right near downtown Granby shops and dining, and a short drive to Grand Lake.

Perfect and cozy!

This was the perfect spot for our ski trip. It was close to the Granby ski resort as well as downtown Granby. The house was clean and Bob was such a great host who made sure we had everything we needed! Would stay here again.

Spring break family getaway

I can't say enough good things about this property! The home is perfect for a mountain vacation. It was spotless and very well maintained. My family enjoyed the cozy fireplace and the community hot tub to warm up after a long day of activities. We loved the beautiful mountain river in the back yard as well. The owner/manager is also very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back!

Great cabin on the prettiest river.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was decorated so well and the host thought of all the little details that we would need such as bathroom supplies and single serve condiments packets. The view out the window and on the porch was so beautiful and serene. Our host was great at checking in with us to see if all was well and if he could help us in any way.

Great Place

Quiet community, beautiful place on the river. The house had everything we needed, plus extra amenities I didn’t expect. Very comfortable beds. Fishing was fun at the community, but the pool area is not well maintained. Close to many activities between Winter Park and Grand Lake. We especially enjoyed the town of Grand Lake. I definitely recommend and would stay again!

Perfect Mountain Cabin

This cabin was exactly what our family needed! We came to ski at Winter Park and we wanted a quiet, cozy place to stay afterwards. This cabin was perfection - comfortable, cozy, clean, and fully stocked with all sorts of conveniences. We all slept comfortably on the super-soft sheets, and we awoke to the beautiful view of the mountains from the kitchen. The owner was exceptionally thoughtful, kind, and helpful. We’re already looking forward to returning!

All you could want

The location was ideal for getting the kids to Granby Ranch. The house was small but all you could want or need was right there. The house was nicely decorated with great beds and comfy living room furniture. The kids, two boys, loved their sleeping arrangement - single bed and a trundle. The views from the kitchen windows were gorgeous. We would love to go back in the summer for fishing and hiking.

The perfect spot.

We would like to commend the owners of this wonderful home. It was immaculate and well supplied with all our needs. Plenty of bedding, well supplied kitchen and a great deck to enjoy the river running past the property. You can tell the owners take great pride in making sure that everything is in tip top shape and working order. The owner even left a message on our cell with a number to call if we had any questions. The location was just right for exploring Rocky National Park, Granby and the surrounding areas. We just wish we would have known how nice it was or we would have booked to stay longer. We will definitely book this property again on our next visit to Granby.

Great for the family

The property itself is very cozy and comfortable. It’s a bit on the small side but if you only have five or six like us, it should do fine. The fishing and water near the home were great. My grandson got a taste of catching his first trout. We brought bikes and had a nice time going into town and riding across the street to the park. The home is located near the railroad tracks, so those were a bit noisy at night, but can act as a good noise machine! The owner was exceptional. He checked on us to make sure all was well, and if we needed anything. His communications were always prompt, and when the unexpected came up, he made sure that we were taken care of. If we come to Granby again, we’ve found a home.

Beautiful Views

Super cute and cozy cabin nestled next to the river. Tetherball, horseshoes and lots of places to sit next to the water. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio stargazing!
