First floor: Large open-concept space with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction/gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker), living room and dining room with access to the veranda and garden, 1 bathroom with toilet, 1 separate living room (can be converted into a bedroom with a sofa bed) with access to the terrace.
Upstairs:
accessible from the entryway: 1 bedroom (140x200 bed) with bathroom and toilet, 1 bedroom (140x200 bed).
Accessible via the kitchen: 1 bedroom (140x200 bed)
Garden:
500 m², enclosed with a south-facing terrace and veranda.

The house is located in the small town of Portsall, a typical fishing port in the Pays des Abers. Close to numerous sandy beaches lined with dunes, offering plenty of opportunities for walks to the harbor and along the beaches.

RATES:

From October 1 to April 31:
Outside of school breaks: 350 euros/week.
School breaks: 450 euros/week.
Weekend package (2 nights): 250 euros.
May, June, and September: 600 euros/week.
July/August: 950 euros/week. (Weekly rentals ONLY during the summer)

Many books (for adults and children), comic books, and board games.
Baby essentials available upon request (crib, high chair, bathtub, potty).
Cleaning to be done by you (a 100-euro cleaning deposit check is required).
If you do not wish to bring your own sheets and towels, rentals are available: sheets (double bed) + 4 bath towels + 4 washcloths: 10 euros.
PLEASE NOTE: No television and no internet access.

Within a 5-kilometer radius: beaches, dunes, beaches, dunes... the town of Ploudalmézeau (hypermarket, local farmers’ market, numerous shops, wildlife park), surf lessons, the “Amoco Cadiz” memorial, the GR34 hiking trail...
Within a radius of less than 20 km: The towns of Landéda (Aber Wrac’h), Landunvez, Brélès (Aber Ildut), Saint-Renan (large weekly market, water sports center, movie theater, swimming pool), amusement park (Récré des 3 curés), windsurfing and boating lessons.
Within a 35-km radius: Brest (tram, numerous restaurants and shops, Océanopolis, the Capucins site, the harbor, and perhaps... its aerial cableway), Le Conquet (ferry terminal for Molène and Ouessant), Plougonvelin (via ferrata and zip line).
