Maison spacieuse et confortable, on a aimé son environnement calme et dépaysant sous les pins :)Les volets, les avancées de toit et la disposition de plain pied de la maison ( 4 chambres au RDC ) permettent de garder une fraîcheur agréable quand il fait vraiment chaud. Si besoin, la climatisation dans le couloir rafraîchit les chambres. Très bon accueil de Mr Vignon.Bref, un séjour très agréable !

La maison est très bien placée, au calme et elle a pu accueillir 6 adultes et 7 enfants sans soucis. Il y avait beaucoup de jeux de société ce que les enfants ont beaucoup aimé. Le coin est superbe il y a plein de choses à faire. Le prix était attractif comparé aux autres offres dans la région ce qui a fait la différence. Je recommande :)

La maison est très agréable et située dans une zone calme entourée de pins. La plage de la pointe aux chevaux, toujours aussi calme et préservée, est située à 15min à pied. Tous les équipements nécessaires sont présents et nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille (avec deux jeunes enfants). La terrasse abritée est idéale pour les repas conviviaux, même lorsqu'il pleut!

Très bel emplacement pour vacances en famille

J'ai beaucoup aimé cette maison idéale pour les familles ( grande pièce de vie, belle terrasse, 2 salles d'eau et couchages .) Le lieu est très calme et reposant. Alors si vous menez une vie trépidante le reste du temps ou si vous voulez encore du calme pour l'été , ce lieu est fait pour vous; La plage est proche et même s'il faut jongler avec les marées, c'est une plage très sympathique car apaisante. On s'est tous ressourcé. La maison est ombragée et on peut facilement aller se promener en forêt, prendre les pistes cyclables.; Je conseille vivement.

Why they chose this property

The area is well protected and there is no high building or mass tourism, even not too many houses as most of the forest is national forest. You can find lot of beach site where you are feeling alone even during the crowded July August . Exceptional panorama with the Pyla dune, banc d arguin island and the bassin d Arcachon

Good ratio price / service for 9 people the house is very comfortable and we are constantly renovating it
