The bright air-conditioned living room is pleasant with its dining area and lounge. A desk has been set up for those who should be working (in moderation). The double glass door gives direct access to the balcony which runs along the entire apartment and offers a sea view. Take advantage of the outdoor lounge to share an aperitif with your loved ones to the rhythm of the Mediterranean climate.
The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for cooking good food. It gives access to a loggia which is used as a laundry room with its washing machine/dryer.
For your comfort, the sleeping area is separated from the living room by a door. It offers two pretty bedrooms with a decoration giving each a distinct identity.
The first is equipped with 2 single beds that we can group into a double bed at your request and also two closets. It is located to the north and is therefore not air-conditioned as the temperature there is moderate.
The second air-conditioned room is equipped with a recent and comfortable double bed (140 x 200) but also large closets. It gives direct access to the balcony.
The bathroom is independent of the bedrooms and is equipped with a bathtub with a shower column.
The water closet are independent.

OTHER REMARKS
The parking provided is secure and is located in the rear courtyard of the building. Large vehicles such as vans will be able to park there easily.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
The apartment cannot be rented to organize parties or events.
Check-in times: 5-7 p.m., check-out time: 8 a.m. - 10 a.m. During the summer period, the agency will define the time of availability of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.
The apartment is located in an urban area, so you will have a city sound atmosphere on the balcony. The traffic noise, on the other hand, is not perceptible when windows are closed on the south side due to the quality of the double glazing. The room on the north side opens onto the parking lot, it is a quiet space.

You have easy access to the Capucins beach 200m away on foot. You will find nearby restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, beauty salon...
The Calanques of Mugel and Figuerolles are just under 2.5 km away.
The old centre can be explored quietly along small streets full of charm, and free of all traffic, the centre being pedestrianised. You will find shops, restaurants, bars and a supermarket within walking distance. We pass in front of residences whose construction dates from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as the Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.
You can also take advantage of the new quays of the old port, which were completely renovated in 2019. The markets and terraces are all invitations to take pleasure in the rhythm of the products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.
