Riverside Perfection

We could not be more pleased. The morning and evening views of the Fraser River were excellent (including a Moose off the deck). There is great access to the beginning of the Fraser River trail (running, biking, walking) within 100m of the front door and leading right into town. Puzzles, games, and plenty of natural light. . Walk-able access to restaurants from the front door, we will definitely return.

Wow what a nice place

This is our third stay at this fantastic place. We went to Rocky Mountain National Park, mountain biking, the gondola and lots of walks in the high mountains. This place is nice, well appointed with great cooking and serving items. Best of all is the location. Close to the resort and within walking distance of Winter Park. This place is underpriced for what you get.

Beautiful Condo Overlooking the Fraser River

We absolutely loved staying at this condo. The view of the Fraser River out of the window was sublime. It is super convenient for skiing at Winter Park. The kitchen was well stocked with modern appliances and everything you need to cook. Beds were comfy and plenty of bathrooms. We loved it!

the views were beautiful from those huge den/dining table windows. It was convenient to the ski slopes and had good parking. Storage, kitchen, and bathrooms were great. Games and puzzles provided were a bonus. The beds were the least comfortable part- need better mattresses.

We had a great time staying at Trademark. The location was great for Winter Park Skiing. It was a quick 2 minute shuttle ride to the base or about a 10 minute walk. We have skied at Winter Park two other times, and this place was the nicest of the three. The huge windows provide beautiful views of the mountains, but also feel secluded from your neighbors in how the property is laid out. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful View and Great Location

My family and I stayed here after the first of the year and I can't say enough good things. The place was spotless and the price was great. It was in walking distance of Alpine Sun ski rental so we were able to wake up and walk to get our ski equipment and then catch the bus right across the street. We took advantage of the wine fridge and the huge jacuzzi tub after a long day of skiing! They supplies humidifiers which was a nice touch considering we are not used to the dry mountain air. I would recommend Trademark to anyone wanting to stay in winter park and we will be staying here again!

Sweet Stay

We stayed here in mid-October to celebrate my wife's birthday and we had a great time. It even snowed while we were there. Very relaxing to watch the snow falling as viewed from the enormous and bright living room. Big windows have a great view of the Fraser River and ski slopes. This condo is spacious, well-equipped and really clean. Lots of nice cookware, appliances and stemware. The Weber gas grill on the deck was awesome. We walked up to the resort which took about 10 minutes and to the town of Winter Park on the Fraser River Trail, which took about 35 minutes (it would be about 15 minutes by bike). In Winter Park town, there are lots of restaurants and places to get a drink, even a brewery and a distillery. We're definitely going back for ski season and we will stay at this sweet condo.

Good property with some issues

We stayed at Trademark Drive #2 for 9 days with family - generally the property was well presented and had all the facilities we could wish for. However, one severe concern is the lack of sound deadening in the property. Other occupants in the apartment above us, made life miserable over one weekend with excessively loud music being played. On a seperate point - it is worth noting that whilst the listing is correct about being a short walk away from the Winter Park shuttle bus service - the actual bus service during the week is substantially lower than at weekends - we ended up walking to the lifts on the week days due to a lack of regular buses.
